Nach monatelangem Schneiden und Basteln sind wir doch noch rechtzeitig fertig geworden und können das Erscheinen unserer ersten "richtigen" Blue Rose-DVD feiern. Als es darum ging, wer der Erste sein sollte, war STEVE WYNN dazu auserkoren worden. Mit dem Ergebnis waren wir allerdings nicht zufrieden und so muss Steve bis zur nächsten Tour (im Winter 2005) warten. So war es RICH HOPKINS & LUMINARIOS vorbehalten, den Anfang zu machen. Am 23.1. waren wir im Tübinger "Sudhaus" mit komplettem Equipment angefahren, und nun liegt das Ergebnis endlich vor uns/euch. Die DVD This Love's For You - Live in Germany 2004 enthält die komplette Show (132 Minuten), der Sound kommt in 5.1 Dolby Surround, und als Extras haben wir noch 3 Videoclips der Songs "Dirt Town", "Gunny Black" und "Tender Mercies" beigesteuert. Ein rundes und gelungenes Package, wie wir finden. Wir stellen als Appetitanreger das Stück "Wildhare-Lordsburg Blues" als Real Video-File zur Verfügung.
Available NOW - the release of the first official Blue Rose-DVD which features a live show by RICH HOPKINS & LUMINARIOS. The DVD, entitled This Love's For You - Live in Germany 2004, was filmed at the Sudhaus in Tübingen on January 23rd and contains the entire show (132 minutes). Extras are three videos: "Gunny Black", "Dirt Town" and "Tender Mercies". The DVD sound is 5.1 Dolby Surround and will be region free for PAL. One song from the show, "Wildhare-Lordsburg Blues", is available through Real Video streaming right here.
